Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Golf Courses - Regulation, Management, and Operation MC/PG 111-03

Synopsis:

Providing that regulations governing a Commission golf course located in both Montgomery County and Prince George's County require the affirmative vote of a majority of the Commission members only from the county in which the golf course clubhouse is located; and requiring the Prince George's County Planning Board to manage and operate, or contract for the management and operation of, a Commission golf course located in both Montgomery County and Prince George's County if the clubhouse is in Prince George's County.
