Criminal Procedure - Custodial Interrogation - Electronic Recordation

Synopsis:

Requiring a custodial interrogation to be electronically recorded under specified circumstances; requiring a police officer to advise an individual of specified rights and warnings prior to the custodial interrogation but during the electronic recording; and defining "custodial interrogation" and "place of detention".
