Synopsis:

Authorizing a municipal corporation to reduce the maximum speed limit on a municipal highway in its jurisdiction if the municipal corporation determines that the maximum speed limit is greater than reasonable or safe; requiring a municipal corporation to post appropriate signs giving notice of the speed limit; etc.
