Health Insurance - Kidney Dialysis Services - Coinsurance Payments

Synopsis:

Limiting the coinsurance payment amount that a health insurer, nonprofit health service plan, or health maintenance organization may charge or collect for kidney dialysis services provided in a kidney dialysis center to an individual with chronic kidney disease; defining a specified term; providing for the application of the Act; and generally relating to health insurance coinsurance payments for kidney dialysis services.
