Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Executive and the County Council of Prince George's County to pass an ordinance imposing a surcharge on State lottery tickets purchased in Prince George's County; and requiring the County Executive and the County Council to determine the amount of the surcharge to be imposed and to use the revenues raised for specified purposes.
