Synopsis:

Establishing a renewal fee for the Chesapeake Bay Commemorative License Plate in addition to the annual registration fee; altering the termination date for the Chesapeake Bay Commemorative License Plate; providing the manner in which the renewal fee is established, collected, and distributed in connection with the registration plate; providing that moneys collected for the renewal fee may not be used for specified purposes subject to a specified exception; etc.
