Establishing a State Advisory Council on Obesity in Youth to provide
advice and recommendations to the General Assembly on public awareness
of obesity in youth and its prevention; and specifying the membership,
terms, removal, chairman, and purpose of the Advisory Council; and
requiring the Advisory Council to issue a report to the Governor and
the General Assembly every 2 years.
