Family Law - Central Registry - Exception

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a central registry of information regarding child abuse or neglect investigations, maintained by the Department of Human Resources, from including an individual's identity when an allegation or finding of neglect involves a child with a mental disorder or developmental disability who is released from a hospital or other facility, and the individual fails to take the child home due to a reasonable fear for the safety of the child or child's family.
