Criminal Law - Dogs and Cats - Killing or Poisoning

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from willfully and maliciously giving poison or ground glass to a cat with the intent that the cat ingest it; altering specified penalties for specified crimes; and establishing that specified penalties apply to specified crimes.
