General Assembly - Ethics Law - Unethical Political Campaign Practices

Synopsis:

Specifying that the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics shall have jurisdiction to hear specified complaints against members of the General Assembly who engage in unethical conduct in the course of an election campaign; and requiring the Joint Committee to recommend specified disciplinary measures against a legislator who the Committee finds has engaged in unethical electoral conduct.
