Applying to all firearms specified requirements concerning shell
casings and other identification information; requiring a manufacturer
that ships or transports a firearm to be sold, rented, or transferred
in the State to provide a separate sealed container with a specified
shell casing and additional information; requiring a dealer to forward
the sealed container to the Department of State Police on the sale,
rental, or transfer of the firearm; etc.
