Synopsis:

Requiring specified entities to cooperate with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations regarding immunization and blood tests for lead poisoning; requiring a parent or legal guardian of a child to provide specified documentation certifying that the child has undergone specified testing; requiring specified programs or schools to report the name, last known address, and telephone number of each child for whom specified documentation is not provided; etc.
