Natural Resources - Forest and Tree Management - Assistance to Nonprofit Corporations

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to provide, under specified circumstances, State or federal financial assistance and technical assistance to nonprofit corporations that participate in specified urban and community forestry programs; and authorizing the Department to provide specified grants to and enter into specified contracts with specified nonprofit corporations under the Green Shores Program.
