Vehicle Laws - Surcharge for Accumulation of Points

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess and collect a $100 surcharge on individuals who accumulate 6 points in any 2-year period and an additional $25 surcharge for each point accumulated over 6 points in a 2-year period; requiring specified surcharges to be credited to the Transportation Trust Fund; etc.
