Authorizing the State's Attorney to appoint clerical, secretarial, administrative, and other support staff for the office; providing that salaries for these positions are as provided in the county budget; providing that these positions are subject to county personnel policies and procedures; and providing that specified employees who are not subject to county personnel policies and procedures serve at the pleasure of the State's Attorney.
