Election Law - Criteria of Voter Registration for Felons

Synopsis:

Removing the requirement that felons who have been convicted of a crime qualify to be a registered voter only if the felon, in connection with a subsequent conviction, has completed the court-ordered sentence imposed for the conviction and at least 3 years have elapsed since the completion of the court-ordered sentence.
