Synopsis:

Creating a Task Force on the Management and Protection of the State's Water Resources; establishing the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate a chairman of the Task Force; providing for staffing of the Task Force; providing that members of the Task Force may not receive compensation; establishing the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date; and providing for the termination of the Act.
