Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the Harford County Board of Education provide public notice that the county board will conduct an evaluation of the county superintendent by a specified date; repealing the requirement that the county board conduct an evaluation of the county superintendent and share the findings of the evaluation with the county superintendent by a specified date; and repealing the county superintendent's reappointment notification requirement to the county board.
