Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Reimbursement for Outpatient Mental Health Treatment - Dual Eligibility

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to reimburse specified providers the entire Program fee for the outpatient mental health treatment of individuals with dual eligibility; defining "dual eligibility" and "provider"; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to submit a report demonstrating that specified funds have been used for the purpose of funding the Act; etc.
