State Retirement and Pension System - Military Service Credit - Maryland National Guard Members

Synopsis:

Authorizing members of the State Retirement and Pension System who are members of the Maryland National Guard and activated under Title 10 of the United States Code to receive 4 months of service credit for a full year of military service as a member of the Maryland National Guard; and providing for a specified limit to the military service credit.
