Synopsis:

Establishing an Atlantic coastal fishing guide license; authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to issue an Atlantic coastal fishing guide license; establishing the term of the Atlantic coastal fishing guide license; prohibiting specified persons from providing specified fishing guide services in specified portions of the Atlantic Ocean and specified tidal waters of the State without first obtaining an Atlantic coastal fishing guide license; etc.
