Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Community
Crisis Services, Inc. for the acquisition, repair, renovation, and
capital equipping of a building to be used as the headquarters for a
telephone-based crisis center to serve Prince George's, Montgomery,
Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Anne Arundel counties; providing for
disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the
grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
