Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of the
Town of North Beach for the planning, design, and reconstruction of
the current Town Hall to provide space for town officials and staff
and space for meeting facilities for local organizations, boards, and
commissions and for the renovation of the current Town Hall to provide
handicapped access, located in North Beach; etc.
