Altering provisions relating to the regulation of nonprofit health service plans; establishing the mission of nonprofit health service plans; establishing a Joint Nonprofit Health Service Plan Oversight Committee; prohibiting the acquisition of a specified nonprofit health service plan for 5 years after the effective date of the Act; etc.
