Continuing the State Board of Dietetic Practice in accordance with the
provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by
extending to July 1, 2014 the termination of provisions relating to
the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board; altering the
composition of the Board; altering the nomination process for licensed
Board member vacancies; eliminating separate licenses for dietitians
and nutritionists; creating a single license for the practice of
dietetics; etc.
