State Lottery - Licensed Agents - Banks - Commingling of Proceeds

Synopsis:

Authorizing a licensed agent of the State lottery to deposit receipts from the sale of lottery tickets or shares with a bank the agent selects; and authorizing a licensed agent to commingle proceeds from the sale of State lottery tickets with business receipts of the agent.
