Environment - Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person, on or after October 1, 2008, from manufacturing, processing, or distributing products that contain more than one-tenth of 1% of polybrominated diphenyl ether; and providing that the prohibition does not apply to specified processing of metallic recyclables.
