Prohibiting the sale, offer of sale, possession, use, attempt to use,
or transfer of an imitation firearm; providing that a violation of the
Act is a misdemeanor subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a
fine not exceeding $1,000 or both; and providing specified exceptions
to the Act.
