Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Dorchester County Historical Society, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, site preparation, landscaping, and capital equipping of a new museum building to consolidate several historical collections at one location and to provide for the preservation of additional historic information and artifacts, located in Cambridge; etc.
