Repealing the provision of law that directs the jury commissioner or the clerk of the court to select the names of prospective jurors from among specified individuals whose names appear on the voter registration lists in the State; prohibiting the jury commissioner or the clerk of the court from using the voter registry to select prospective jurors; etc.
