Establishing a Task Force to Study Differential Diplomas for High School Graduates; requiring the Task Force to review and evaluate specified matters; requiring the Task Force to make findings and recommendations and issue a report by a specified date; providing for the membership of the Task Force; prohibiting a member from receiving specified compensation; authorizing a member to receive specified reimbursement; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
