Pharmaceuticals - Marketing - Disclosure and Registration

Synopsis:

Requiring a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to disclose to the Board of Pharmacy specified marketing information on or before January 1 of each year; requiring the Board to provide the Office of the Attorney General with access to the disclosed information; requiring the Office to report annually on the disclosures; requiring an individual to register with the Board, pay a fee, and certify adherence to a specified code of ethics before practicing pharmaceutical marketing in the State; etc.
