Synopsis:

Providing that members of the Howard County Board of Education may participate, under specified terms and conditions, in specified health insurance and other benefit programs; prohibiting specified retirement contributions and other benefits from being calculated as specified compensation for the members of the Howard County Board of Education; providing for the application of the Act as to specified incumbent members of the Howard County Board of Education; etc.
