Consumer Reporting Agencies - Satisfaction or Dismissal of Liens

Synopsis:

Requiring units of the Executive Branch of the State government to notify consumer reporting agencies, either in writing or by electronic transmission, that a lien has been satisfied or dismissed within a reasonable time after the unit provides the clerk of the circuit court for the county where the property that is subject to the lien is located with a specified notice.
