Food Establishments - Volunteer Fire Companies - Unlicensed Operation

Synopsis:

Altering the number of days each year that a volunteer fire company may operate a food establishment without a license to 30 days; and requiring a volunteer fire company to provide a specified notice to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene under specified circumstances.
