Frederick County - Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway - Memorial Sign or Marker

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Highway Administration to consult with a specified Korean War Veterans organization on the design of a memorial sign or marker for the Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway in Frederick County, Maryland; authorizing the Administration to accept donations from persons to pay for the memorial sign or marker; requiring the Administration to erect the memorial sign or marker, subject to specified conditions; and providing that the erection of the memorial sign or marker is not prohibited by specified law.
