Repealing the Interagency State Plan for Transitioning Students with Disabilities; requiring the Division of Rehabilitation Services in the Maryland State Department of Education to assign rehabilitation counselors to public high schools, establish a cooperative agreement with each county board, and develop individualized employment plans for eligible transitioning students with disabilities prior to graduation; etc.
