Setting a minimum retirement allowance for specified retirees and
beneficiaries of retirees of the State Police Retirement System who
retire by June 30, 2004; increasing the service retirement allowance,
ordinary disability retirement allowance, and special disability
retirement allowance of retirees and beneficiaries of retirees of the
State Police Retirement System who retire by June 30, 2004, with a
specified amount of service credit; and providing for the funding of
the increased benefits in the Act.
