State Board of Glass Technician Examiners - Licensure and Regulation

Synopsis:

Creating the State Board of Glass Technician Examiners in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing for the composition, appointment, terms, and expenses of the Board members; authorizing the Board to sue in the name of the State, with the permission of the Attorney General, to enjoin specified conduct; establishing specified powers and duties of the Board; requiring the Board to maintain records of licensees; requiring the Board to pay all money into the General Fund of the State; etc.
