Clarifying the purpose of the Community-Based Services Fund in the Mental Hygiene Administration; providing for the purpose of the Mental Hygiene Community-Based Services Fund; requiring that property of the Mental Hygiene Administration be sold if not transferred to another governmental entity; requiring the funds from the sale of Mental Hygiene Administration property to be used for community services; etc.
