Synopsis:

Establishing a Public School Facility Construction Financing Fund; specifying the purpose and status of the Fund; requiring the Maryland Stadium Authority to issue revenue bonds in the amount of $600,000,000 during a specified period for the construction of public school facilities; requiring the Maryland Stadium Authority to use the Fund for the construction of public school facilities in the State; specifying sources of money for the Fund, including proceeds from the sale of $600,000,000 worth of Authority bonds; etc.
