Health Insurance - Participation of Providers on Multiple Provider Panels

Synopsis:

Clarifying a prohibition on provider participation on multiple provider panels by prohibiting a carrier from including in a provider contract a requirement that a provider participate on multiple provider panels except under specified circumstances; requiring a carrier to include in a provider contract a provision on refusing participation on specified provider panels under specified circumstances; providing for the scope of the Act; etc.
