Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Tall Trees Park Community Center and Facilities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,700,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the design, construction, and capital equipping of a park to include a community building to house a gym, community meeting rooms, offices, and a small police substation, and for multi-purpose courts, located in Baltimore County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
