Increased Court Costs for Transportation Violations - Transportation Trust Fund

Synopsis:

Requiring a court to impose a $50 additional cost on defendants convicted of specified transportation violations; requiring a court to impose a $200 additional cost on defendants convicted of specified drunk and drugged driving offenses; and providing for the distribution of the additional court costs imposed under the Act to the Gasoline and Motor Vehicle Revenue Account in the Transportation Trust Fund.
