Unemployment Insurance - Earned Rating Record - State of Emergency

Synopsis:

Prohibiting unemployment benefits paid to a claimant from being charged against the earned rating record of an employer if the claimant becomes unemployed as a direct result of the consequences of any event for which the Governor has declared a state of emergency.
