Synopsis:

Modifying the date of release from confinement in a State correctional facility when the scheduled release date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday; requiring the Commissioner of Correction to adopt specified regulations establishing a release plan for inmates upon release from a facility; etc.
