Synopsis:

Altering the sanctions that the Board of Review for the Patuxent Institution is authorized to impose on a specified type of inmate of the Institution who commits a major violation while on parole, work release, or leave; subjecting specified offenders in the Patuxent Youth Program to potential sanctions; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
