Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Carrie Weedon Science Center Foundation, Inc. for the replacement of the well, storage tank, plumbing equipment, and windows, located in Galesville; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; etc.
