Criminal Procedure - Sexual Crimes Involving a Minor - Term of Probation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order probation for a defendant convicted of specified sexual crimes involving a minor for a time longer than the sentence imposed but not longer than 10 years if ordered by a circuit court, or not longer than 6 years if ordered by the District Court; etc.
