Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Easter Seals Inter-Generational Center and Regional Headquarters

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Easter Seal Society for Disabled Children and Adults, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of a building to serve as the Easter Seals Inter-Generational Center and regional headquarters; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
